A trigger is the event that starts a workflow. This page lists every workflow trigger in Aesthetix CRM, grouped the same way they appear in the workflow builder. Click any category to open its full reference guide, where each trigger is documented in detail: what it fires on, every filter and option, the data it makes available to later steps, and example workflows.
To add a trigger, open Automation, create or open a workflow, click Add New Trigger, and pick the trigger you need.
