Step 3: Edit the Workflow
Trigger: Select Facebook Lead Form Submitted, Add Filter for In Form: Form Name
Action 1: Update campaign source name
Action 2: Ads Tags: Apply unique tag for Campaign to help you filter contacts easily
Action 3: Select the Treatment of Interest associated with the campaign. This value will be personalized in the email and text message follow-up communications.
Action 4: Make sure the correct user is assigned.
Action 5: Update the Opportunity Value based on the price of the treatment. This value will be automatically assigned to the Opportunity in the Pipeline for improved sales reporting.
Action 6: Ensure that you are enrolling leads and patients into the correct nurture workflows. Please test that these are working correctly before turning live. You will need to contact support if your lead and patient nurtures are not firing correctly.
