This guide walks you through how to create, send, and manage a mass SMS campaign using Aesthetix CRM. It includes compliance notes, template usage, delivery settings, and how to monitor campaign results.
Navigate to Contacts in the left-hand menu.
Locate the Smart List for your SMS campaign.
A typical list name might be: Mass SMS.
Filters should already be applied:
Phone is not empty
SMS DND is disabled (i.e., contacts have not opted out).
Click the checkbox next to Contact Name to select all on the current page.
A Select All option will appear (e.g., “Select all 720 contacts”) — click it.
From the Bulk Actions menu, click More > Send SMS.
Action Name: Give your campaign a clear name (e.g., Black Friday 2025 - Blast #1).
Phone Number: Choose the number you want to send from.
Toll-free numbers support larger batches (180 segments/min).
Local numbers are slower (60 segments/min).

You can either:
Use an existing SMS Template
Write your own custom message in the editor
Business Name
Must be the first part of your message
Example: Aesthetix Med Spa: Enjoy 20% off...
Opt-Out Instructions
Include a variation of:Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
No Prohibited Terms
Avoid referencing prescription drugs like:
Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Ozempic, Wegovy
These terms will be automatically flagged and blocked from sending.
A warning box will appear if prohibited language is detected.

Choose Drip Mode to control delivery pace and avoid carrier blocks.
Start Date & Time: Choose when you want the campaign to begin.
Batch Size: Number of messages per batch (e.g., 20).
Repeat Every: Set the delay between batches (e.g., every 5 minutes).
Send On Days: Select only business days (no weekends).
Send During Business Hours Only:
Required for compliance, especially in Texas where state law restricts SMS marketing hours.

Click Send SMS. Then choose Check Progress to be redirected to the Bulk Actions tab.
From Bulk Actions, you can:
View status (Queued, Processing, or Completed)
See:
Sent
Delivered
Errored
Pause or Cancel the campaign
Adjust Batch Quantity (but not time settings)
