Accessing Contact Smart Lists

To begin working with Smart Lists, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Contacts:
   In Aesthetix CRM, from the left-hand navigation menu, click on Contacts. This will display your All Contacts list.

2. View Smart Lists:
   At the top of the Contacts page, you'll see various Smart List tabs. These lists are automatically updated and include categories like Leads, Patients, Mass SMS, and Mass Email. Your account comes pre-configured with these lists.

Creating a New Smart List

If you want to create a new Smart List, for example, for leads interested in a specific service like Cool Sculpting, follow these steps:

1. Open Filters:
   In the All Contacts view, click the More Filters button at the top right of the screen. This will open a variety of filter options.

2. Apply Filters:
   To create a list of leads interested in Cool Sculpting:

   • In the filter menu, type in Type of Contact and select is Lead.

   • Next, locate the Treatment of Interest field, select Cool Sculpting, and apply the filter.

3. Save the Smart List:
   After applying the filters, you'll have a refined list of leads interested in Cool Sculpting. To save this as a Smart List:

   • Click Save as Smart List.

   • Give your new Smart List a name, then click Save.

4. Perform Bulk Actions:
   With your new Smart List saved, you can now perform bulk actions such as sending text blasts or email campaigns to the selected contacts.

Sharing Smart Lists

If you'd like to share the Smart List with others in your organization:

1. Manage Smart Lists:
   In the top navigation menu, click on Manage Smart Lists.

2. Share the List:
   Select the Smart List you want to share, then click the Share Smart List button on the right-hand side. You can make the list a global one, accessible to all users in your account.
