1. Click on "Marketing".

2. Select "Chat Widget" from the menu.

2 After, click on "Start conversations on your website".

3. Click on "Widget".

4. Navigate to "Styles".

5. Choose the chat prompt you want to use.

5 Once that's done, click here.

6. Select the chat icon that suits your preferences.

7. Pick the theme you want for your chat widget.

8. Input your welcome message in the designated field.

9. Enable the custom greeting for Return Visitor Custom Greetings.

11. Optionally, you can allow and replace the avatar image.

13. Select the widget dimensions that best fit your needs.
