How to Use Smart List Filters for Contact Segmentation

1. Proceed by selecting the 'Contacts' option.

1 Click on the element.

2. Next, navigate to the 'Smart Lists' section.

2 Now, click on "Smart Lists".

3. Then, initiate more search parameters by accessing 'More Filters'.

3 Now, click on "More Filters".

4. You will now see a variety of filters.

4 Click on the element.

5. Highlight the 'First Name' field for your search.

5 Then, click on "First Name".

6. Now, input your specific search details.

6 Click here.

7. Apply the filter to your list by clicking 'Apply'.

7 After that, click on "Apply".

8. Retain your filter parameters by opting for 'Save as smart list'.

8 Once that's done, click on "Save as smart list".

9. Designate a unique identifier by inputting a 'Name'.

9 Click here.

10. Lastly, ensure your changes are saved by pressing 'Save'.

10 Next, click on "Save".
