Every month, we add complimentary messaging credits to your account based on what package you have selected. You can review your plan in Settings -> Company Billing. For example, if you choose the Grow package, you get $120 in free messaging credits.
Complimentary credits do not roll over each month. Complimentary credits are renewed on the subscription billing date every month. When messaging credits run out, you are automatically rebilled for an additional amount of credits at an interval that you set in your billing settings. These additional purchased credits, rollover indefinitely.
You may view your Credit Transaction History with a detailed breakdown of all current and historical credit usage in your Billing Settings.
