The Aesthetix CRM mobile app keeps you connected to your patients, messages, and tasks while you are away from your desk. If the app is not behaving as expected, most issues clear up with a few simple steps. This guide covers general troubleshooting and how to fix missing notifications on both iPhone and Android.
Work through these steps in order. Most problems are resolved before you reach the end.
On iPhone:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold to view open apps.
Find Aesthetix CRM and swipe it up to close it.
Reopen the app.
On Android:
Tap the square or recent apps button.
Swipe away Aesthetix CRM.
Reopen the app.
Make sure your device is connected to stable Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Test by opening a browser or another app to confirm your connection is working.
Go to Settings > Apps > Aesthetix CRM > Storage > Clear Cache.
This option is not available on iOS devices.
Open the app.
Tap your profile or settings icon.
Select Log Out.
Enter your login credentials to sign back in.
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for Aesthetix CRM.
If an update is available, download and install it.
Delete the Aesthetix CRM app from your device.
Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in with your existing credentials.
Make sure your device has the latest operating system updates installed.
Confirm you have enough available storage space.
If your phone is older or running a significantly outdated operating system, performance may be affected.
"Invalid credentials": Confirm your email and password are entered correctly.
"Something went wrong": This is usually a temporary error. Retry steps 1, 4, or 6.
Blank or white screen: Clear the cache (Android), or uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you are not receiving notifications from the app on your iPhone or Android, work through the steps below.
Note: The video walkthrough shows an iPhone, but the same general steps apply to Android devices.
Start in the Settings app on your phone, not the Aesthetix CRM app itself.
On iPhone: Tap Notifications.
On Android: Tap Notifications or Apps & Notifications (the wording varies by device).
Scroll through your list of apps and tap Aesthetix CRM.
Make sure the following are turned on.
For iPhone:
Allow Notifications
Lock Screen
Notification Center
Banners
Sounds enabled (recommended)
Banner style set to Persistent (recommended)
For Android:
Notifications enabled
All notification categories turned on
Sound and vibration enabled (recommended)
If notifications are enabled but still not coming through:
Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode is turned off.
If you use Focus Mode, confirm Aesthetix CRM is allowed as an exception.
Fully close the Aesthetix CRM app.
Reopen it and log back in.
If needed, restart your phone to refresh system settings.
If notifications are still not coming through after checking these settings:
Make sure you are logged into the correct user account.
Confirm notifications are enabled within your Aesthetix CRM user preferences.

The mobile app is frozen or not loading. What should I do first? Force close and reopen the app, then confirm your internet connection is stable. If the problem continues, log out and back in, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
How do I clear the app cache? On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Aesthetix CRM > Storage > Clear Cache. Clearing the cache is not available on iPhone, so uninstall and reinstall the app instead.
I see "Invalid credentials" when I try to log in. Why? Confirm your email and password are entered correctly. If they are and it still fails, reset your password and try again.
The app shows a blank or white screen. How do I fix it? Clear the cache on Android, or uninstall and reinstall the app on either platform.
I am not receiving mobile notifications. How do I turn them on? Open your device Settings, find Aesthetix CRM in your notification settings, and enable notifications. Also confirm Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode is off and that Aesthetix CRM is allowed as an exception.
