Create your tags before importing
Tags are labels that help you organize, classify, and search your contacts. Create the tags you plan to use before you run the import, so you can assign them to your imported contacts during the process. With your tags in place first, your data lands organized and ready to segment. Once your tags are set up, proceed with the import.
Can't find the import button?
If the import button is missing, the feature is restricted for your current role. The import tool requires Admin access. Switch your role to Admin, and the import button becomes visible so you can proceed.
