Aesthetix CRM supports the native Store, Shopify, and WooCommerce for managing and syncing products. You can sync your product catalog from Shopify or WooCommerce into Aesthetix CRM, so you can manage products from either platform alongside the built-in Store.
The Shopify integration is designed to pass contact information when the checkout runs through Aesthetix CRM tools, such as the CRM website or the email builder checkout. When you build your checkout with these tools, key customer details flow into the CRM automatically.
If you do not use these features and instead rely only on your pre-existing external store checkout, the integration may not gather and import contacts from that store. Aesthetix CRM offers accounting integrations with both Xero and QuickBooks, so you can keep invoices and financial records in sync with your books.

Can I sync my WooCommerce products into Aesthetix CRM? Yes. WooCommerce is supported. Aesthetix CRM syncs products from the native Store, Shopify, and WooCommerce, so you can manage products from any of these sources.
I added new contacts in Shopify but they aren't in my CRM. Why? The Shopify integration captures contacts when checkout runs through Aesthetix CRM tools like the CRM website or email builder checkout. If your buyers check out only through a pre-existing external store, those contacts may not import. Route checkout through the CRM tools so buyers become contacts.
Can I connect Aesthetix CRM to Xero? Yes. Xero is supported as an accounting integration, and QuickBooks is available as well. Connect either from your integrations settings.
