Messaging and technology credits pay for the texts, calls, emails, and other communications your practice sends through Aesthetix CRM. This guide explains how credits are added, when they renew, and where to track your usage.
Every month we add complimentary messaging credits to your account based on your plan. You can review your plan under Settings, then Company Billing. For example, the Grow package includes $120 in free messaging credits each month.
Complimentary credits do not roll over. They renew on your subscription billing date every month, so any unused complimentary balance resets.
When your credits run out, your account is automatically rebilled for an additional amount of credits at an interval you set in your billing settings. These purchased credits roll over indefinitely, so they stay on your account until used.
