Smart Spam Detection makes it easier to identify and manage spam reviews in Aesthetix CRM. With it, your med spa or plastic surgery practice can more effectively maintain the integrity of your online reputation by filtering out fraudulent or irrelevant feedback, so you can focus on engaging with genuine patient reviews.
Spam detection gives you everything you need to spot and manage fake or irrelevant reviews:
A clear visual indicator for reviews marked as spam in the Reviews section.
A Mark as Spam option in the actions menu for each review.

An Undo Spam action to correct mistaken spam classifications.

Select Reputation in the main side menu.
Select Settings within Reputation (top menu).
Select Spam Reviews from the left menu.
Select On to enable automatic detection of spam reviews, then Save.
Note: Once enabled, Aesthetix CRM automatically detects spam reviews as they come in. You can still manually mark or unmark any review to keep your flagging accurate.

5. Will AI still respond to reviews marked as spam?
No. AI will not respond to reviews that have been flagged as spam. This ensures that irrelevant or fraudulent reviews don't affect your automated responses or your reputation management efforts.
