Not every kind word about your practice arrives through Google or another connected platform. Patients hand you compliment cards, share praise in person, or email a thank-you after treatment. With Manual & Offline Reviews, you can record that feedback in Aesthetix CRM so it lives alongside your online reviews, feeds your AI Summaries, and appears in the review widgets on your website. This guide walks you through adding reviews one at a time, importing them in bulk by CSV, and showcasing them wherever prospective patients are deciding on you.
Manual reviews give you a structured way to record offline or unsupported-platform feedback, so your reputation data, summaries, and website widgets show a complete picture rather than only the reviews pulled in from integrations. By centralizing these entries in Reputation → Reviews, your team can manage, filter, and showcase them consistently with your existing review workflows.
Note: Use manual reviews to capture feedback collected outside connected platforms, such as a compliment card, a verbal review, an email, or a phone call, so it appears right alongside your online reviews.
Understanding the core benefits helps you decide when and where to use manual reviews, whether you're migrating older feedback, filling gaps from offline channels, or unifying different sources.
Complete coverage: Add offline or unsupported reviews so your public proof isn't limited to connected platforms.
Unified management: Work from one Reviews list with consistent cards, filters, and labeling.
Bulk efficiency: Import large historical datasets quickly by CSV, with field validations.
Widget-ready: Publish manual reviews across widget layouts and filter by source for precise curation.
Migration-friendly: Move legacy feedback into Aesthetix CRM to keep past wins visible.
