Distributing review requests across platforms helps your practice grow a strong, credible presence everywhere patients look, rather than concentrating every review on one profile. With review balancing in Aesthetix CRM, you can split incoming requests between Google, Facebook, and other integrated platforms using a ratio you control, so each of your profiles builds momentum evenly.
Review request balancing lets you distribute review requests across multiple review platforms, such as Google and Facebook. You set the ratio for how requests are redirected, ensuring a more even split of reviews across your profiles.
For example:
When you first enable review balancing, the default ratio is 50% Google and 50% Facebook (if both pages are integrated).
You can adjust the redirection percentages to suit your practice's needs.
Diversify your online reviews. Spreading reviews across platforms improves your visibility and credibility in more of the places prospective patients search.
Strengthen your reputation. Balancing keeps your presence from relying too heavily on a single platform, giving you a more well-rounded online reputation.
Customize to your goals. Adjust the redirection ratios whenever you need so review requests align with your practice's priorities.
Navigate to Reputation > Settings > Review Link.
Toggle on the Enable Review Balancing option.
Under Reputation > Settings > Review Link, locate the Get Reviews on Google section on the left panel.
Use the Select Page dropdown on the right panel to choose the Google Business Profile page you want to use for review distribution.
Note: If you have not yet integrated your Google Business Profile or your Facebook Business page, you will not be able to set up review distribution to those channels. To set up your Google Business Profile and Facebook integrations, go to Settings > Integrations.
After enabling review balancing, click Configure Balance.
Adjust the ratio of redirection between Google and Facebook as desired.
For example:
70% Google and 30% Facebook.
Or any other custom distribution.
Once you've configured your desired settings, save the changes.
What happens if only one platform is integrated?
If only one platform (for example, Google) is integrated, all review requests will automatically redirect to that platform until another platform (for example, Facebook) is integrated.
Can I disable review balancing once it's enabled?
Yes. To disable review balancing:
Go to Reputation > Settings > Review Link.
Toggle off the Enable Review Balancing option.
Disabling the feature will redirect all review requests to the default platform (for example, Google) if it's the only integrated option.
Can I edit the redirection ratio after it's been configured?
Yes, you can adjust the ratio at any time:
Go to Reputation > Settings > Review Link.
Click Configure Balance and modify the ratio.
What if I don't configure a balance after enabling the feature?
If you don't configure a balance, the system defaults to a 50%-50% split between Google and Facebook (if both platforms are integrated).
How do I know the current distribution of reviews?
The Configure Balance modal displays the current distribution percentages, so you can monitor and adjust them as needed.
Are there analytics for reviewing performance across platforms?
While review balancing focuses on redirection, analytics on performance and the number of reviews generated per platform can be viewed in the Reputation module.
