When you're working through a thread with a lead or patient, Aesthetix CRM can generate reply suggestions based on the conversation and your trained knowledge, so you can review, tweak, and send in a fraction of the time.

AI-assisted replies generate suggested responses for you inside the Inbox. Instead of composing every message from scratch, you can request an AI-drafted reply, review it, and send or edit it as needed.
This feature is turned on for all new accounts. If you became a customer before March 2024, reach out to support to have it enabled on your account.
Note: AI-assisted replies are not the same as the automatic Conversational AI agent. Assisted replies draft a suggestion for you to review and send inside the Inbox, while Conversational AI can respond automatically. Generating AI-assisted reply suggestions uses AI/message credits. Your specific allowance and any add-on options depend on your Aesthetix CRM plan — check your plan details or contact the Aesthetix team. (AI features are part of the AI Employee offering; see the AI Employee collection for more.)
You can train the bot that powers AI-assisted replies so its suggestions better reflect your practice's tone, services, and common answers. Training gives the bot the context it needs to draft accurate, on-brand responses inside the Inbox.
Once trained, the bot uses what it has learned to generate the reply suggestions you see when working through conversations in the Inbox.
Is AI-assisted replies the same as the Conversational AI agent?
