Fallback UI Walk-Through

We have created this troubleshooting article for when our Custom UI goes down and falls back to the native High Level UI. As HighLevel infrastructure changes, we sometimes do not have enough to update. Recent changes made on 9/20/25 were significant updates that have, unfortunately, forced us to rebuild our custom UI from the ground up. While these changes are creating frustration, please know this is going to increase the speed of the platform, and the UI/UX improvements coming with this update are going to give you so much more control over the platform.
