Personalize your SMS review requests to connect better with customers and boost responses. 💬⭐
1. Click on "Marketing".
2. Then, click on "Reviews Management".
3. Afterwards, click on "Settings".
4. Click on "SMS Requests".
5. Click here to enable Sending a SMS review Requests.
6. Click on "Create New".
7. Click here to create a SMS review request template from scratch.
8. Rename the template here.
9. Toggle here to add an image to your SMS review request.
10. Upload and image or use a custom image URL
11. Edit SMS template here.
12. Click here to add custom field if needed.
13. Click here if you want to set the created SMS review request template to be the default SMS template.
14. Next, click on "Save".
15. Click on "Create New".
16. Click here to create a SMS review request using a pre built template.
17. Select a template here.
18. Search for a template here.
19. After selecting a template. Click on "Edit Template".
20. Rename the template here.
21. Toggle here to enable a request with image.
22. Upload or add a image custom URL.
23. Edit SMS Template here.
24. Click here to add a custom field.
25. Click on "Save".
