Ask AI is an integrated AI assistant inside Aesthetix CRM that brings ChatGPT-style capabilities directly into your account—no separate AI subscription required. It’s included with the AI Employee add-on and gives your team unlimited access to the latest OpenAI models (including GPT-5), along with deep integration into your CRM via our MCP Server.
Currently in beta, Ask AI is already a powerful tool for content generation, CRM actions, and future voice-enabled commands.
Once the AI Employee add-on is enabled:
Look for the Ask AI icon in your bottom menu.
Click it to open a slide-out, chat-style interface—similar to ChatGPT.
You can use Ask AI for a wide variety of tasks, including:

Draft emails, write social media posts, generate funnel copy, or create on-brand messages using your saved Brand Voice.

Generate high-quality images directly in the chat by providing descriptive prompts.

Send directly from the Ask AI chat by specifying the message text (and subject line for emails).
The MCP Server makes Ask AI more than a general-purpose chatbot—it lets you control your CRM by typing commands.

A future update will allow voice control via the mobile app, letting you speak to Ask AI instead of typing. Voice commands can be up to 5× faster than typing, and will make it easier to perform CRM actions on the go.
