The Content AI feature in Aesthetix CRM helps you quickly generate on-brand, high-quality copy and images across multiple areas of your account. With the AI Employee add-on, Content AI usage is unlimited, allowing you to create as much content as you need without worrying about per-word charges.
To create a Brand Voice from text or a URL:
Go to Marketing > Brand Boards > Brand Voice.
Click + Add Brand Voice.
Choose the Text or URL option.
Enter a name for this voice, then provide either a URL to a page that reflects your brand or a 50–100 word description of it.
Review the generated brand promise, values, and messaging, then click Save Brand Voice.
You can create multiple Brand Voices for different products, audiences, or campaigns, set one as your default, and switch between them as needed. Every generated field, including the brand promise, values, mission, and tone, stays fully editable: open the 3-dot menu on a saved Brand Voice and select Edit to refine it further.

Scrape Your Website – Automatically builds your brand voice from your site’s existing content.
Start from Scratch – Answer guided questions to define your brand personality, style, and tone.
Once saved, your brand voice is applied to all AI-generated content in the platform, ensuring a consistent style in every email, post, or page.
