This upgrade offers deeper integration, better user interface controls, and powerful automation features to help you engage customers more effectively.
From your Aesthetix CRM menu:
Go to AI Agents.
Select Conversation AI.
Here you can configure your Aesthetic Sales Bot, manage response settings, connect knowledge bases, and track performance.
Easier Control: A clearer, more intuitive UI for activating, pausing, or disabling the bot.
Direct Inbox Training: Train responses directly in the inbox instead of using a separate playground.
More Channels: Works seamlessly with all supported communication channels (e.g., SMS, Instagram).
In-Inbox AI Indicators: All AI-generated messages are clearly marked with a sparkle icon.
When setting up your bot:
Name Your Bot: Choose a friendly, recognizable name.
Autopilot Mode: Enable for automatic responses.
Channel Selection: Decide which channels the bot will respond to—turn on/off at any time.
Pause/Stop Controls: Easily pause the bot for 2 hours or fully deactivate it for specific contacts.
Business Name: Set how your business is referenced in conversations.
Knowledge Bases: Connect up to 7 knowledge bases for more accurate responses.
Bot Goals: Define conversation objectives with a pre-optimized prompt for sales-oriented dialogue. Adjust only if experienced in prompt engineering.
Actions:
Stop Bot – Pauses bot replies for 24 hours.
Human Handover – Automatically routes requests for a real person (e.g., “Speak to someone”) to your team and pauses bot for 8 hours.
Lack of Information – If the bot can’t resolve an issue, it hands the conversation to a human.
Auto Follow-Up – Sends timed follow-ups at 3 hours, 2 days, and 15 days after no response, during set working hours.
Dynamic Channel Switching: Prevents redundant follow-ups if the contact switches channels (e.g., from live chat to SMS).
Inbox Visibility: Conversations remain in your inbox—no more confusion from messages moving to a separate “red” status.
Response Countdown: See exactly when the bot will reply, with an option to quickly put it to sleep for 2 hours.
Contact-Specific Control: Permanently deactivate bot responses for certain contacts if needed.
Find the AI-generated response in the conversation (marked with the sparkle icon).
If the response isn’t ideal, click to edit and save a better answer directly to your connected knowledge base.
The bot will use this improved response for future similar queries.
Each Conversation AI Agent has its own dashboard showing:
