How to Add Knowledge Sources to Your Aesthetix AI Assistant
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Access your Aesthetix AI Assistant platform.
Navigate to the AI Chat section from the menu bar.
Step 2: Select Your AI Agent
Click on your Aesthetix AI Assistant to access its settings.
This will bring you to a screen displaying the Playground and Knowledge sections.
Step 3: Access the Knowledge Section
Click on the Knowledge tab.
This section provides various ways to add information to your Aesthetix AI Assistant.
Step 4: Upload Knowledge Files
You can upload knowledge in the form of files.
Supported formats: PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, Excel files.
Maximum upload limit: 5 files at a time (you can upload more later).
Each file must be 10MB or smaller.
Step 5: Add FAQs
Use the FAQ section to add commonly asked questions and responses.
Click the plus (+) sign to add a new FAQ.
Enter the question (e.g., Does Botox hurt?).
Provide the answer in the response field.
Click Add FAQ to save.
Step 6: Edit or Delete FAQs
To modify an FAQ, click the edit icon next to it.
Update the question and/or answer, then click Save Changes.
To remove an FAQ, use the delete option.
Step 7: Add Text Content
Use the Text Content section for longer information, such as an About Us page or company details.
Content can be up to 25,000 characters long.
Click Save Changes once done.
Step 8: Enable Website Crawling
Your Aesthetix AI Assistant can automatically pull information from your website.
This feature allows it to scrape and use content from your site to provide responses.
Step 9: Final Check & Next Steps
Review all uploaded knowledge sources.
In the next step, you can train your Aesthetix AI Assistant to improve its responses.
