1. Enable the Review Feature: Allow customers to leave reviews and ratings on your store's products.
2. Submit a Review: Clicking the "Write a Review" button opens a form for customers to provide their feedback. Required fields: Name, Email. Optional fields: Contact Number, Headline, and Description.
3. To publish or moderate reviews, navigate to: Payments > Products > Reviews.
4. Reply to Reviews: Approved reviews are automatically displayed on the store. Store owners can reply to individual reviews by selecting the review via the side menu.
5. Click on "Reply".
6. Next up, click on "Type your reply here".
7. As the final step, click send reply.
