1. To begin, click "Marketing".
2. Click on "Chat Widget".
3. Click on "New".
4. Select "WhatsApp"
5. Following that, go to widget window to do the customization of text, colors, branding and forms with email/phone.
6. Click on "WhatsApp Settings".
7. Select the WhatsApp number. This is the number to which the message from the user will be redirected to when the chat is initiated.
8. Finally, click on "Save".
