Sending WhatsApp Media Templates from the Conversation Page

1. To get started, click on "Contacts".

2. Select the contact you wish to send WhatsApp media template.

2 Following that, click on "ST".

3. Now, click on "WhatsApp".

3 Now, click on "WhatsApp".

4. Use an insert template to initiate a chat.

5. After that, select template you wish to send.

5 After that, click on "message_1 (EN)".

6. Once that's done, click on "Use Template".

7. Finally, click on "Send".

7 Following that, click on "Clear".


You can change the media by changing the media URL. The URL should be a public link and contain the same type of media. For example, if it is an Image template, then it will only accept PNG and JPEG files.

Users will get the below error when using a media which is not approved, for example, if a user tries to add a video file in an Image template, the below error will be shown

If a user tries to upload a media file that exceeds the size limit, then the below error will be shown.
