WhatsApp's Bulk Action feature enables users to easily launch large-scale campaigns while gaining valuable insights through tracking open and delivery rates.
1. Begin by selecting your Contacts.
2. Next, select a contact you want to include in the bulk WhatsApp message.
Select all the contacts you want to send the WhatsApp template to.
Note: You can create smart lists to send WhatsApp messages to everyone at once.
3. Then, click on the WhatsApp icon.
4. Now, choose a predefined message template.
Choose the WhatsApp template you want to send.
Please note: Only approved templates will be visible under "Select WhatsApp Templates."
5. Name your action for easy reference.
Add an action name for future reference and to track WhatsApp campaign statistics.
6. Finally, click "Confirm" to proceed with sending the bulk WhatsApp message.
Please note that once the Meta Messaging Limit is breached, remaining WhatsApp messages will not be sent. Make sure that you do not breach the message limit set by Meta on your WhatsApp number when triggering Bulk WhatsApp action. Ensure that the contacts selected are within the 24 hour messaging limit
