Step 1: Access Workflows
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Marketing.
Select Workflows from the Marketing submenu.
Step 2: Locate the Ebook Workflow
Search for the ebook workflow folder. The commonly used workflow in Aesthetix CRM is named Services Guide.
Click on the Services Guide workflow to open it.
Step 3: Confirm the Workflow Trigger
Verify that the workflow trigger is connected to the form for your Services Guide. This ensures that the workflow activates when someone submits the form.
Step 4: Edit Emails and Text Messages
In the workflow editor, locate the email steps and text message. You will find Emails 1, 2, and 3 as well as 1 text message.
To edit an email:
Click on the email you want to update.
Click the Edit button.
Make revisions directly within the email editor.
Save your changes.
To edit a text message:
Click on the text message step.
Make changes in the text box.
Save the action.
Step 5: Save the Workflow
After editing the emails and text message, click Save Workflow in the top right corner to ensure all updates are applied.
