1. Initiating a Call from the Inbox
Navigate to the inbox.
Under the contact’s name, you’ll see a phone icon on the right-hand side.
Simply click the phone icon to dial the number saved in the contact's profile.
2. Using the Dial Pad
You can collapse or expand the dial pad by clicking the phone icon in the bottom left of the screen, allowing you to place calls by selecting a contact's name or searching for recent contacts.
This feature allows you to manage the call view while the call is in progress.
3. Dialing Out Directly
You can also use the dial pad to dial a number directly without selecting a contact.
To hide the dial pad after use, click the phone icon again to collapse it.
4. Call Recording
Aesthetix CRM automatically records all calls made through the system.
You’ll find the recordings within the contact’s record for playback, enabling you to ensure quality assurance or review previous conversations.
5. Calling from a Contact’s Card
If you’re on a specific contact’s card, the phone icon will be green and located at the top of the conversation inbox.
Click the green phone icon to initiate the call, and ensure the dial pad is visible in the bottom left so you can track the progress of the call.
Just like from the inbox, all outgoing and incoming calls are logged and recorded in the contact’s record.
By following these simple steps, you can efficiently manage and track your calls within Aesthetix CRM.
Note: All calls placed through Aesthetix CRM are automatically recorded and saved in the contact’s profile for future reference.
