1. First, click on "Settings".
2. Afterwards, click on "Custom Fields".
3. Once that's done, click on "Add Field".
4. Then, click on "Radio Select".
5. Review your selected custom field.
6. Click "Next" to proceed.
7. Enter a name in the "Field Name" section.
8. Use the drop-down menu to select a "Group."
9. Enter a name of your option.
10. Choose file of your option icon.
11. Afterwards, click on "Add an option" if needed.
