If a contact enters your CRM through non-automated channels, such as a phone call, text message, or social media interaction, they may not be automatically enrolled in the Lead Nurture Workflow. This guide will show you how to manually add such contacts to the Lead Nurture Workflow, ensuring they receive the appropriate follow-up communications.

Step-by-Step Guide to Manually Enroll a Contact

1. Access the Contact:

- Start by locating the contact in your Aesthetix CRM. You can do this from the Inbox or directly from the Contacts section.

2. Check Active Automations:

- On the right-hand side of the contact’s profile in the Inbox, locate the Active Automations section to see if the contact is already enrolled in any workflows. In this case, Olivia is not enrolled in any active automation.

3. Expand the Contact View:

- Click on the contact’s profile image to open the expanded contact view.

4. Update the Contact's Information:

- On the left-hand side of the expanded contact view, find and update the Treatment of Interest field.

5. Apply the Manual Tag:

- Scroll down on the left-hand side of the contact view and add the tag Manual.

- This tag is the trigger that enrolls the contact in the Lead Nurture Workflow. It creates a new opportunity, assigns it to the specified user, and starts sending the follow-up communications.

6. Verify Enrollment in the Workflow:

- After applying the tag, refresh the contact view.

- Scroll down to the Automation section to confirm that the contact has been successfully enrolled in the Lead Nurture Workflow.

- You'll see the new opportunity created, and the first personalized email and text message sent to the contact if within the workflow setting's specified time window for automated communications.

7. Track the Workflow Progress:

- To monitor the contact’s progress within the workflow, click the pyramid icon in the Automation section.

- This will show every action the contact has received, such as emails or text messages, and indicate their current position in the workflow.
