Steps to Automate Opportunity Value Assignment:
Access the Workflow: Navigate to Marketing > Workflows and select the "Opportunity Value Assignment" workflow.
Set Conditions: Configure an if-else condition based on whether the contact's treatment of interest is surgical or non-surgical, and the exact treatment of interest name.
Update Opportunity Values: For each treatment type, specify the corresponding opportunity value using the "Update Opportunity Value" action.
Expand Workflow: If necessary, copy and paste actions to additional branches to cover all treatments.
Finalize: Save the workflow and ensure it is published.
Once configured, the CRM automatically assigns the appropriate opportunity value whenever a contact is added, enhancing sales reporting, forecasting, and prioritization.
