How to Configure and Customize Widgets in Aesthetix CRM

Learn how to search for, configure, and customize widgets on your Aesthetix CRM dashboard to enhance your data visualization and reporting.


1. Start by searching for a widget you wish to configure.

1 To start off, click on the element.

2. Next, filter the widgets by their chart type.

2 Afterwards, click on "Show by chart type".

3. Then, select the desired type of widget.

3 Afterwards, click on "Contacts".

4. Proceed with selecting the 'Count of Contacts' widget example.

4 Click on "Count of contacts".

5. Now, rename the widget as desired under the settings.

6. Following that, switch to desired metrics from the options.

6 Click on "Count".

7. After setting metrics, open the 'Advanced Settings'.

7 Now, click on "Advanced Settings".

8. Adjust the date property to fit your data retrieval needs.

8 Click on "Created on".

9. Override the default date range for more specific results.

Group : Define how your results are grouped in a Donut chart.

View by : Pick the secondary dimension for line, bar and horizontal bar chart types

Order : Alter the order of results (ascending or descending).

Limit : Set a limit to simplify the displayed results.

10. Now proceed to the 'Conditions' tab to refine results.

11. Add necessary conditions to fine-tune widget data.

12. Configure further conditions if required for detailed data.
