1. Start by selecting the 'Marketing' option.

2. Next, choose 'SMS Templates' to manage.

2 Click on "Manage and edit your text templates".

3. Then, click to add a new text template.

3 Now, click on "Add Email Template (Snippet)".

4. Enter a name for your template here.
