Creating a Service Calendar

Learn how to set up a service calendar in Aesthetix CRM to effectively manage appointments, service schedules, and resource allocations. 1. Click on "Calendar".

1 Click on "Go to calendar settings".

2. Navigate to "Calendar Settings" by selecting "Go to Calendar Settings".

3. Click on "Create Calendar".

3 Click on "Create Calendar".

4. Choose "Service Calendar" from the options.

4 Click on "Select".

5. Enter your Service Name in the designated field.

5 Click on the element.

6. Select the appropriate Staff Member.

6 Next up, click on the element.

7. Input your custom URL.

7 Following that, click on "Service duration".

8. Specify the service duration.

8 Click on "30 mins".

9. Set the Booking Availability.

9 Following that, click here.

10. Enter the start time.

10 Once that's done, click on the element.

11. Enter the end time.

11 Click on the element.

12. Finally, click on "Confirm" to complete the setup.

12 Click on "Cancel".
