1. Navigate to the 'Tasks' section in your dashboard.

1 Click on "Tasks".

2. Select the 'Contact' option in your task filters.

2 Afterwards, click on "Contact".

3. Proceed to filter your tasks by 'Assignee'.

3 Following that, click on "Assignee".

4. Refine the list further by choosing tasks that are 'Unassigned'.

4 Upload

5. Change your view to only display tasks with a certain 'Status'.

5 Click on "All".

6. Finally, sort your list by 'Dates' to see tasks in chronological order. And after that Refresh Data.

6 Click on "Due Date (Desc)".
