The feature of Multiple Phone Numbers for a Contact is aimed at enhancing user experience while handling contact details within a CRM system.

1. Let's start by navigating to your list of contacts.

1 First off, click on the element.

2. Next, let's explore your sorted lists by selecting the 'Smart Lists' option.

2 After that, click on "Smart Lists".

3. Now, choose a contact you want to edit or update.

3 Afterwards, click on the element.

4. Once selected, find and proceed to the 'Contact' tab.

4 Next, click on "contact".

5. Within the 'Contact' tab, find and select the 'Phone' section.

5 Click on the element.

6. You'll see an option to 'Add Phone Number'

6 Following that, click on "Add Phone Number".

7. Now, let's input your preferred contact number.

8. Feel free to edit or update any pre-existing phone numbers too.

8 Now, click here.

9. You can also add helpful labels to your saved phone numbers for future reference.

10. Pick which of the entered numbers you'd like as your 'Primary number'

11. Finally, apply all changes by clicking 'Save'
