1. Please navigate to the 'Contacts' section.
2. Now, find and select the 'Smart Lists' option.
3. In the list provided, identify and select the 'Contact' you wish to view.
4. Next, click over to the 'Contacts' tab to view additional details.
5. Scroll down through the information until you come across 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) section.
6. To mute notifications for every channel, select 'all channels'.
7. Otherwise, click on the checkbox for each specific channel you'd like to mute.
