1. Begin by selecting the Contacts option.

2. Next, proceed to the Smart Lists section.

2 Click on "Smart Lists".

3. Now select the desired records from the list.

4. Click on the option Remove Tag.

5. Proceed by choosing the Tags option.

6. Create an action by adding a relevant Action description.
