Aesthetix CRM offers a robust source reporting feature that allows clients to track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts. We report on the first attribution & latest attribution. We group attribution by paid ad type, organic search, organic social media, referrals, website forms, chat widget, inbound call, inbound SMS, CRM-UI, third-party (such as EMR Direct), etc. It's possible for us to create custom fields for all UTM data, and if you are using custom landing pages, then we can zap/webhook in that info there so it's usable as well. Attached are some screenshots of native UTM information for Facebook lead forms and Google ads from form submissions using our native forms. You would need to use a native form and landing page to get UTM information for Facebook/Instagram if not using lead forms.
