NOTE: The Aesthetix CRM Zapier App is PRIVATE and only accessible via the link above, not in the public Zapier app library.

Zapier - Aesthetix CRM Action Details
Action Type: Add/Update Contact in Aesthetix CRM
Step Details: Map the data fields from your Website form or Ad form to the contact fields in Aesthetix CRM exactly as outlined below.
Contact Fields (* = required fields)
First Name*
Last Name*
OR Full Name
Phone Number*
Email Address*
Treatment of Interest* - select treatment associated with the ad campaign if this data is not input by the lead.
Add Any Custom Fields, such as:
Timeframe for treatment
Language of Preference
Message
Custom Fields?
Notify the Aesthetix CRM team of any custom fields in your forms in advance as these must be created in our platform first.

Run TEST
When the Zaps are configured, screenshot the setup page and push test data through the form. Email [email protected] the Zapier screenshots and test data you input. The Aesthetix CRM team will check the actions in our system and confirm proper integration or provide feedback for updates to the Zapier confirmation.
