You can control your Instagram messaging connections across different apps. If you enable access to Instagram Direct Messages, you can receive and send Instagram Direct Messages on Aesthetix CRM.

To manage your Instagram messaging connections across apps:

  1. Go to your Instagram business or creator profile.

  2. Tap the three stacked lines.

  3. Select the gear icon for Settings.

  4. Select Privacy.

  5. Select Messages.

  6. Under Connected Tools, toggle on “Allow Access to Messages.”

Now, new Instagram direct messages will be received in Aesthetix CRM and you will be able to send replies as well.
