How to manage Refunds within the CRM

Introducing our refund processing feature, an integrated tool within our payment platform that offers convenience and flexibility for businesses. With this feature, you can easily manage refunds for transactions made through popular payment providers like Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, and PayPal, supporting various payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and card payments. Here's what our feature allows you to do:

  1. Process full or partial refunds: Give your business the freedom to handle customer refunds according to your needs.

  2. Track refund attempts: Keep a close eye on the success or failure of refund attempts through the Transaction Details page. This lets you monitor refund history and amounts for specific transactions.

  3. Centralized management: Say goodbye to manual effort and confusion. Our feature centralizes the refund process, allowing you to easily manage refunds for different payment providers and methods all from one convenient platform.

Supported Payment Providers:

Our refund action is available for all major payment providers, including Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, and PayPal. With our integrated platform, you can easily initiate refunds for transactions processed through these providers.

Note: At the moment, we do not offer the option to refund subsequent recurring transactions from subscriptions. We are constantly working to enhance our features and will keep you updated on any developments in this area.

1. Click "Invoices"

3. Click here to open "More actions"

Locate the payment you wish to refund and click on the three dots next to it.

4. Click "Refund"

From the options that appear, select Refund.

Click 'Refund'

5. Input "Amount"

If you want to issue a full refund, the total amount of the transaction will be automatically pre-populated in the refund window.

For a partial refund, you can manually edit the pre-populated amount to a value lower than the full transaction amount.

6. Input "Notes"

Additionally, you have the option to fill out any relevant notes in the designated area. These notes will be recorded for your own reference and will appear under the Notes column in the refund details for that specific transaction.
