Aesthetix CRM developed a WordPress plugin to enable users to access CRM functionality directly within WordPress easily. Below are the steps to set up your WordPress plugin.

Step 1

Step 2

Once received, upload the plugin to your WordPress website and enter the license key to activate the plugin's features. Next, you must copy your API key from your business settings.

You will copy this into the WordPress plugin API tab and press connect. This will sync your CRM with the plugin.

Live Chat Customization

We have built more customization options into the live chat via the WordPress plugin. You can fully customize the chat widget to your brand.

Forms

We have built a shortcode generator so you can easily grab your embed code via shortcode for any of the forms you have created in the CRM. You simply post the shortcode into a text box to display the form on a page. We plan to enable customization and styling of the forms within the plugin in the future.

Calendars

The calendars feature works similarly to forms. We generate a shortcode for the embed code of each of your calendars. You can easily embed these on pages by pasting the shortcode in a text box.

Funnels

We have integrated funnels into the WordPress plugin in a really cool. We enable you to embed the funnel page as an iframe on your WordPress website so you can use your root domain with a custom slug instead of using a subdomain.
