Aesthetix CRM integrates with various marketing channels such as social media, websites, EMRs, and booking systems, ensuring your SMS list remains up to date. Follow these steps to send a text blast effortlessly.
Navigate to the Text Blast Feature:
Click on Contacts in Aesthetix CRM.
Select the Mass SMS Smart List tab within your account. This list includes all contacts who have opted in with a verified phone number.
Select Recipients:
Choose all contact records from the Mass SMS Smart List.
Hover over the chat icon and click Send SMS.
Compose Your Message:
Choose your preferred phone number for sending the message.
Input your message, using emojis and attachments as needed.
Alternatively, select from Aesthetix CRM’s proven SMS templates.
Optimize Message Delivery:
Use Drip Mode: SMS messages are sent at a specific rate per second, ensuring smooth delivery.
To determine the best sending rate, access the SMS Drip Calculator:
Input the number of contacts in your list.
Use Twilio’s Segment Calculator to determine the number of segments in your message.
Indicate whether the message includes an image, video, or GIF (MMS)
Select whether you are using a local or toll-free number.
The calculator will provide the estimated send rate (e.g., 17 messages per minute for 50,000 contacts).
Enter the calculated batch size quantity and set it to repeat every one minute.
Schedule Your Text Blast:
Choose the days of the week for sending messages (e.g., all days except Sunday).
Set the start time (e.g., 9:00 AM) and end time (e.g., 6:00 PM).
You can send the SMS immediately or schedule it for a future date.
Monitor Your Campaign:
Once scheduled, check the Bulk Actions tab to view or edit the status of your text blast.
Track real-time statistics, including the number of messages sent and engagement metrics within Aesthetix CRM.
Messaging Credits: Text blasts use your Aesthetix CRM messaging credits. Check the SMS Cost Calculator to estimate the cost of your campaign.
Billing Transparency: Your available messaging credits can be viewed at any time in the Company Billing Section.
