Appointment Reporting is a valuable feature that allows you to effortlessly track and analyze all the appointments created using your CRM calendars. Gain insights into appointment outcomes, sources, and the calendars used for scheduling.

1. Click "Reporting"

5. Booked Appointments

Track the appointments you book to understand the success of your business. Analyze how many clients book appointments with your team within a given period, based on the date range and calendar you analyze.

6. Confirmed Appointments

View the number of confirmed appointments accumulated over a selected date range. Results may vary depending on the chosen time frame and calendar.

7. Showed Appointments

The Showed Appointments section reflects the number of attendees for appointments within a specified date range. This data will differ based on the selected time frame and calendar being examined.

Discover the number of individuals who did not attend appointments within a chosen date range. This information may fluctuate depending on the time frame and calendar selected for analysis.

9. Canceled Appointments

Get insights on the number of individuals who have canceled their appointments within a specific date range. The data may change based on the chosen time period and calendar being analyzed.

10. Appointment Channel

Visualize the methods through which appointments were booked using the Appointment Channel graph. One common channel is "Booked By Lead," indicating that the lead scheduled the appointment themselves.

14. Appointment Data Table

The Appointment Data Table provides a comprehensive view of all appointment information. Examine individual appointments and their associated details, such as the calendar used, requested appointment time, booking time, booking party, source, and appointment outcome.

Refine the table to display only contacts with specific outcomes, such as showed up, no-showed, or canceled appointments, using the Appointment Outcome Filter.

16. Export Appointment Data

Export the appointment data into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis. Simply click the export button to save the data to your computer.

17. Change Table Data Columns

Customize the table data according to your needs by modifying the columns. Choose from Appointment ID, Calendar, Requested Time, Date Added, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Appointment Owner, Created By, Mode, Source, and Outcome.
