Zapier - MUST SIGN UP FOR A PAID ACCOUNT
Calculate tasks needed by average # of appointments per month x 8
Example: Client has 200 appointments per month, they would need Zapier plan with 1,600 tasks to power the integration.
Instruct client to connect Aesthetic Record app in Zapier
The client must share Zapier access to team@aesthetixcrm.com
Once we have confirmed this access is correct, we can proceed with the integration.

One-way sync from Aesthetic Record to Aesthetix CRM via Zapier
New Invoice Trigger
Currently, you can only push data from Aesthetic Record into Aesthetix CRM. There is currently no way to push data back into Aesthetic Record.
The new invoice trigger from Aesthetic Record helps close the loop on marketing ROI. You have to utilize the Aesthetic Record POS system for this to work. Above, you can see the limited data you are able to push over from Aesthetic Record. Unfortunately, we cannot move details over, like service on the invoice, etc.
While there are limitations with this integration, it does help avoid some duplicate entries with Aesthetic Record and close the loop on marketing ROI. Please contact our support team if you have any questions about the integration.
