Step 1: Create a Private Integration in Aesthetix CRM

4. Search for Aesthetix CRM

Step 4: Use the Correct Zapier Version

When selecting the integration:

Choose the Aesthetix CRM v3.0 integration

This version supports the Private API Integration Token created earlier.

Step 5: Authenticate the Connection

1. Click Continue to Aesthetix CRM

2. Paste your API Integration Token

3. Authorize the connection

After authorization, the connection will appear in your Zapier App Connections list.

You may rename the connection if needed to help identify it later.
