CRM actions - How to send review request

This guide will walk you through the steps to send a review request

To PUBLISH workflows, the establishment of both a workflow trigger and a workflow action is essential. Without these two elements, you can save the workflow but not publish it.

1. Click "Marketing"

3. Click "Create Workflow"

4. Click "Continue"

5. Click "Add your first action"

6. Click "Send Review Request"

This action involves sending a Review Request to the contact.

7. Select "Review type"

You can request a review from your contacts using either the Email or SMS method.

NOTE: You may configure the request message for the review in the Reputation Settings.
