1. Click "Marketing"
2. Click "workflows"
3. Click "Create Workflow"
4. Click "Continue"
5. Click "Add your first action"
6. Select "Send email"
The Email Action allows you to send emails to contacts within the workflow you are creating.
7. Input "From Name"
Enter the sender's name in this field. You can also use custom values by clicking on the tag icon.
8. Input "From Email"
Input the sender's email address here.
9. Input "Subject"
Type the subject of the email in this field.
10. Select "Template"
Select an email template by clicking here. Learn how to create an email template.
11. Input "Message"
Enter the body of the email in this field.
12. Click "Add attachments"
Click this button to attach files and images to the email.
13. Input "Test emails"
Use the "Send Test Mail" section to test the composed email by providing a demo email address. If satisfied, you can proceed to send it to your contacts.
14. Click "Save"

This shows the statistics of all the sent emails
Delivered
Displays the number and details of emails delivered to contacts in this workflow.
Opened
Shows the number and details of contacts who opened the email.
Clicked
Indicates the number and details of contacts who clicked on the email.
Replied
Shows the number and details of contacts who replied to the email in this workflow.
Bounced
Lists the number and details of bounced emails.
Accepted
Displays the number of accepted emails.
Stored
Shows the number of stored emails.
Rejected
Shows the number of stored emails.
Complained
Displays the number of contacts who reported or complained about the email.
