Under the condition that your Business Profile Settings allow duplicate contacts, clients are able to register multiple times with the same email address. Each registration results in the creation of a unique user account.

Data integrity will be maintained and confusion or data duplication will be prevented by the CRM's non-duplication policy for contacts. Thus, clients are restricted from signing up multiple times with the same email and multiple user accounts linked to one email will not be created by the system.

Clients are required to furnish their complete name and email address and select a password so as to enroll in the Client Portal.

Once they provide their registration details, the system will dispatch a confirmation code to the email address provided.

Make sure that the clients are aware that they need to check their email, including spam or junk folders, for the verification code. Note that the verification codes become invalid after 15 minutes.
