Here are the steps to import contacts from a scheduling system such as Vagaro:
Step 1: Export Vagaro Report (.csv) for the time period since your last import
Step 2: Add a Column to the spreadsheet titled “Type of Contact” and insert Patient for all contact records
Step 3: Import the .csv file into Contacts
Step 4: Map the Data Fields
Step 5: Choose the Import Settings
Un-check “Don’t update empty values for existing records”
Add Tags: patient , send review
Step 6: Submit & Review List from Bulk Actions
